There are many words in this passage that refresh my soul and renew my spirit.
The passage begins with thanksgiving to the Lord because He is good. His lovingkindness is everlasting. God is love, and His love endures forever. Thank you Lord for your great love.
I’m encouraged to speak of the redemption I’ve gained from the Lord. He has redeemed my soul by grace through faith in Jesus Christ from the pit of emptiness and death that I deserve for my sin. Thank you for saving me Lord.
I was hungry and thirsty in my soul and he has satisfied me with what is good.
